The Barsi Family Award for Creative Performing Arts is presented to:  

Tishanie Ratnappuly

Tishanie has a deep appreciation for role of the arts plays in enriching our lives. It is in the performing arts that Tishanie really shines. In her pursuit of excellence, Tishanie worked to develop her performance skills to find success in her HSC performance exams. It was Tishanie’s desire to give a voice to the voiceless that led her to stories that explore the more challenging aspects of humanity. It was there that she could present both the strength and vulnerability of a character in a nuanced performance. Her HSC Drama Individual Performance received a nomination for the HSC Drama Showcase – Onstage. Congratulations, Tishanie. Rueben F Scarf Award is presented to:

Chelsea Ward

This award recognises and honours the consistent effect and desire to improve. Chelsea is an outstanding, dedicated and delightful student who exhibits strong teamwork skills, leadership skills and competent academic skills. Chelsea has achieved excellent results in all areas of study, ranking as first place in each of her HSC subjects; English Advanced, Legal Studies, Modern History, Biology and PDHPE. She is a most worthy recipient of the Rueben F scarf Award.

The ADF Long Tan Leadership and Teamwork Award recognises students who demonstrate leadership and teamwork within both the school and the broader community. This award goes to:

Jarrod Clark

The 2020 male School Captain where he worked closely with the Principal in improving the school community through participation in fundraising initiatives such as The Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal and Beanies for Brain Cancer. Jarrod has represented Erina High School in the wider community in his Captaincy role and has been awarded The East Gosford Lions Club Award for Civics and Citizenship. Jarrod was actively involved in MUNA (MOdel United Nations Assembly), mentored junior students during primary school enrichment days and assisted with the organisation and implementation of Breakfast Club and Election Day BBQ’s. Congratulations Jarrod 

The Rotary Award for School and Community Service goes to:

Rheeannhyn Waters

For her commitment and dedication to improving the school community as a strong advocate for the students at EHS. As a well- respected leader she always presented as an outstanding, dedicated and delightful student who exhibits strong teamwork skills, leadership skills and competent academic skills. Congratulations Rheeannyhn.

The Caltex All-Rounder is awarded to:

Finn Douch

This award is for students who demonstrate strong academic, leadership, team work and whole school engagement.  Finn has made excellent progress in his studies throughout his schooling at EHS completing his HSC in 2020. He is an outstanding athlete who has represented Erina High School at State Athletics, Regional Swimming and Sydney North Rugby League. He has immersed himself in school life and always made a positive and valuable contribution to the culture at EHS. He deserves this recognition as the Caltex All rounder, congratulations Finn.

The ADF Future Innovators Award is presented to:

Ruby Smith

The Australian Defence Force is encouraging the next generation of innovators, critical thinkers and problem solvers – bright Australian students who are succeeding in STEM. Awarded to a student based on their ability to demonstrate innovation and learning in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths. The award formally recognise those students who have demonstrated motivation and innovation in the areas of STEM within their school, and who display strong personal ethical values, such as doing one’s best.

The DCorp Construction and Renovation Award for excellence in Industrial Technology is awarded to: 

Ruby Smith

With a passion for Industrial Technology in where she achieved a first place ranking and productively utilised and explored her creativity in the construction and submission of her practical major work which was exceptional. Many hours of hard work and love has gone into the construction of a beautifully constructed black butt entertainment unit.  Priceless piece of furniture that would take pride of place in any home. Congratulations Ruby
