Current Greater Sydney lockdown – University Applications (UAC) is fully operational and available to provide ongoing support for students and parents - Any problems with Your Pin Numbers or Codes for using the UAC website to manage your application - UAC Call Centre +61 2 9752 0200 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Should there be any changes made by UAC to dates and processes due to COVID-19 restrictions, UAC will advise students via email immediately.
Payment for UAC Application Fee - Your application is not complete until you paid UAC fee. With regards to submitting in your preferences and paying the cheaper - Early Bird Application fee, the deadline is 30th September 2021.
Changing your Course Choices (preferences) - If you change your mind about what you want to study, simply log in to your application and change your preferences. Don’t start a new application - Now you completed your UAC online application – there is the option for you to change the order of your course preferences – or even the courses you’ve selected – as often as you like before the closing dates for each offer round. (Some courses have early application closing dates so check for these as well.) Simply log in to manage your application using your UAC application number and UAC PIN. Remember -You can't change your course preferences by phone, letter or email.
Enter in and CHECK your email regularly for updates on your application (Manage Application). You can also view these emails by logging in to your application and selecting 'View correspondence'.
Receiving information about your application - UAC will email you with information about your application and offers. Add the domain uac.edu.au to your list of safe email contacts to prevent these messages being directed to your junk mail folder. It is important that you check your emails regularly (including your junk emails) for any messages from UAC.
NESA has announced changes to the HSC written exams and HSC results release. As a result: NSW ATARs will now be released at 9am on 17 December 2021.
Deadline for changing preferences for December Round 2 is now midnight Saturday 18 December 2021 (it was December 13th) December Round 2 offers will be released at 7.30am on Wednesday 22 December (was 20 December).
Schools Recommendation Scheme (SRS) - is open until 19th September 2021 and the first offers will begin being released on 12 November 2021. Mr. Mallon has completed all the SRS applications for the students that have submitted university applications - As well as the SRS Universities can also have their own Elite Athlete Program, Alternative and Early Offer Schemes (eg Leaders and Achievers Macquarie University) – head onto the university websites to double check the details.
Educational Access Scheme -The Educational Access Scheme (EAS) can help you gain admission to tertiary study if you have been experienced long-term educational disadvantage. Please email Mr Mallon ASAP and log your expression of interest for this scheme, so that you can assess the main Year 12 offer rounds. (We recommend that students apply by 22 November 2021 so that you can be assessed in time for the main Year 12 offer rounds)
Equity Scholarship Scheme - Equity Scholarships help with financially disadvantaged students with the costs associated with university.
Please email Mr Mallon ASAP and log your expression of interest for this scheme (We recommend you apply by 9 December 2021.)
Students that have applied for a teaching course with any of universities - you'll need to complete ASAP the questionnaire that they sent you as part of your UAC application.

Key date changes for 2022 admissions UAC
UAC has made the following date changes.
- NSW ATARs released - 9am Friday 17 December
- December Round 2, changing preferences - midnight Saturday 18 December
- December Round 2 offers released - 7.30am Wednesday 22 December.
- ACT ATAR release date will be provided by the ACTBSSS.
